Tulsa's riverside Oktoberfest takes over River West Festival Park for four days each October and bills itself as one of the largest in the country, with more than 300 taps and eleven stages of entertainment spread across its tents. Bavarian food, bier barrel racing and stein competitions anchor the adult side of the program, while a children's tent and a midway of carnival rides keep the festival open to families. The Sunday finale pairs a morning Fruhschoppen with the Dachshund Dash, the only occasion when dogs are allowed on the grounds.
